Terms of Service

📺 1. The Service

NexaStream provides access to a premium IPTV streaming service including live channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, catch-up TV, and an Electronic Programme Guide (EPG). The service is provided on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• 3-month subscription — €29.99 (one-time payment)
• 6-month subscription — €39.99 (one-time payment)
• 12-month subscription — €69.99 (one-time payment)
• 24-month subscription — €119.99 (one-time payment)

All subscriptions are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Your subscription expires at the end of the paid period.

✅ 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NexaStream. By using the service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use the service only for personal, non-commercial use
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

🔑 3. Account & Credentials

Upon activation, you will receive a username and password for your subscription. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential
• Not sharing your account with others (unless on a multi-screen plan)
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

💳 4. Payments

NexaStream accepts cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, XRP, BNB), WhatsApp Pay, Telegram Pay, bank transfer, card payments (via WhatsApp), PayPal (via WhatsApp), and Cash App.

• All prices are listed in EUR (Euro)
• Payments are processed securely — no card details are stored by NexaStream
• Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature
• All sales are final once the service is activated

⚖️ 5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NexaStream only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service
• Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public display
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

🔒 6. Privacy

NexaStream collects minimal personal data necessary to deliver the service (name, email, WhatsApp number). We do not sell your data to third parties. Payments via cryptocurrency are processed with maximum privacy. For questions about your data, contact us at [email protected].

⚡ 7. Service Availability

NexaStream aims for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. In the event of extended downtime (72+ hours), compensation may be offered at our discretion.

🔄 8. Modifications

NexaStream reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or WhatsApp.

❌ 9. Termination

NexaStream reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing beyond your plan, reselling, or any illegal use of the service. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to Terms violations.

📋 10. Limitation of Liability

NexaStream is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
